WHAT TO EXPECT:
Meeting Flow: Your Company will pre-select a time to meet individually, in 30 minute intervals, with the following PGA Service Partners: Food & Beverage, Décor, Dual-Logo Merchandise, Private Shuttle Transportation, Executive Car Service, Private Home Rental, Hotel Accommodations, and Championship Advertising.
Meeting Duration: Please allot three (3) hours for the meeting. Due to the large number of client appointments and the need to keep everyone on schedule, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled meeting time.
Miscellaneous: Dress for the meeting is business casual, please bring anyone at your company who will be involved with the management of your hospitality as these meetings will be very informative. Refreshments and snacks will be provided.

Session #1: 9:30am - 11:00am
Session #2: 12:30pm - 2:00pm

IMPORTANT: We highly encourage you to place dual-logo merchandise orders in advance of the March 25, 2026 deadline to allow you time to receive the merchandise and correct any unforeseen issues. All items are custom made on-demand and no items are pre-produced with the 2026 PGA Championship logo. Therefore, lead times (approximately 6 weeks) are extremely important to plan for even if selecting the 2026 PGA Championship logo only.

FINAL PAYMENT DUE FOR ALL HOSPITALITY PACKAGES
All final invoices will be distributed by December 31, 2025, with final payment due on January 31, 2026.

Deadline for Suite clients to sign décor contract for custom additions, 50% deposit due upon initial signing.

Signage forms will be distributed by January 31, 2026 to submit your Company Name showcased at your Hospitality Venue, please see below for more information:
Hospitality venue signage permits a total of thirty (30) characters and spaces of printable space;
Hospitality venue signage is printed in all capital letters, in a consistent font, and is free of logos/slogans;
PGA will print only the name of the contracted party on signage, no third party company name(s) allowed;
Companies sharing hospitality venues will have both names printed in alphabetical order unless a different order is requested and mutually agreed upon by the sharing party or parties.

Deadline to secure a transportation proposal from TCS Transportation. Space is limited on a "first come, first served" basis. Please make your request as early as possible.

IMPORTANT: We ask that you do not wait until the last minute to order. The deadline simply ensures a 6-week lead time for products to deliver by event week. We suggest you choose an "In Hand" date that you would like to receive items “on or before” and order 6-8 weeks prior to that. Keeping in mind the time you will need to inventory the product/prepare gift bags/ship etc.

Corporate bus depot credentials will be mailed to your company address if you have made a reservation with The Convention Store for private transportation or have paid for a corporate terminal slip times during the 2026 PGA Championship.
