Each player will receive a personalized email from Golf Genius when entries open. Please use the link in this email to complete your entry form. Each player must complete an online entry to confirm their place in the field.

Please register prior to your first practice round. Anyone not registered by Noon on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 is subject to losing his/her place in the field.

Financial Information
To receive Championship purse payments and any other payouts, all players are REQUIRED to have a Workday account. If you do not, PGA of America will be unable to make any payments to you. Please go into your Workday account to ensure your banking information is correct. If you already have a Workday account and do not need to update your banking details, you do not need to do anything further. However, we would suggest you review your account to ensure the current banking details are correct.

WORKDAY ACCOUNT SET UP
Players who need to set up an account for the first time, please follow the directions on this page: LINK.
If you are NOT a US Citizen or a Non-Resident Alien, no W9 is needed, however, you will need to attach your wire instructions and W-8BEN form where it says “attach W9” in the Workday registration application.
NOTE: You must register using a PC or Laptop only. You will not be able to upload your W-9 form from a mobile device or tablet.

Players who already have a Workday account and need to update their contact information or banking details, CLICK HERE.
WORKDAY LOG-IN ASSISTANCE
In most cases, your email and username are the same. If you know your username and forgot your password, please use the “Forgot Password” link on the Workday sign-in page. Your new password must not be the same as your current password or username. The password must not have been used within the following 12 last passwords. A minimum of 8 characters is required.
New password must include:
Alphabetic characters
Uppercase character
Lowercase character
Arabic numerals (0 - 9)
