Applies to caddies.  Consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a disabled caddie may be permitted to use a golf car as an accommodation to his or her disability for those Championships where golf cars are not allowed.  As required by the ADA, the PGA of America will evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis.   Requests to use motorized golf cars for disabilities must be submitted to Matt Weinberger (mweinberger@pgahq.com) no later than five days after the entry deadline.
