COURTESY CAR RETURN PROCEDURE
PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for any damage done to the car, big or small, while it is in your possession. Any damages incurred to the courtesy car while in your possession (including valet services or other unknown occurrences) will be your responsibility. A third party will inspect the vehicles after they are returned. We suggest taking pictures of the courtesy car when you return it to prove no damages were done while the car was in your possession. We will inform you with an estimated invoice of any damages occurred while in your possession within a couple weeks after the PGA Championship. You will receive the final invoice from pgahq@myworkday.com. The invoice will need to be paid within 90 days of receiving or you will not be eligible for a courtesy car at future PGA Championships.

Drive to Rochester International Airport (ROC) in Rochester, NY and follow the signage for valet services. Follow arrivals level, go to far end of lower arrivals road and look for valet booth after column marked 14 Remove your luggage, and hand your keys to a ROC Valet attendant.

To reserve a courtesy car, you MUST complete the Courtesy Car Reservation Form linked below.

Please fill out this form to request a courtesy car and to be sure it is available upon your arrival. If you do not inform us of your arrival ahead of time, your courtesy car may be delayed.

Upon arrival, proceed to the Transportation Desk, lower level of terminal next to baggage carousel #3.
Desk will be staffed with volunteers wearing a green polo shirt with khaki bottoms.
You will sign the courtesy car waiver form (if you have not already done so).
A volunteer will walk you to the courtesy car.
You will do a walk around inspection of the courtesy car.
Once the courtesy car waiver form and inspection form are signed, you will get the key to your courtesy car and off you will go.

KROC Desk Hours of Operation
Player Transportation Desk at KROC will only be staffed when someone is flying in. If you do not inform us of when you are flying in, your courtesy car will not be available for pick up upon arrival.
