Doin' It
Doin' It offers education and outreach services to youth in Waterloo Region. Our programming aims to empower youth to manage their sexual health by developing skills, increasing self-efficacy, and improving access to resources. We provide free workshops for youth as well as for parents, educators, and service providers who work with youth. We also do one-on-one risk reduction counseling, and outreach at local events, on social media, and via text. (Kitchener, On)

Open Minds Mental Health Training and Consulting
Sarah Stewart, RSW (operating as Open Minds) is a professional mental health trainer specializing in supporting helping professionals in high-stress and trauma-exposed workplaces. I offer workshops, keynotes, and consulting services that centre mental health-related accessibility and critique systems of oppression that fuel mental health disparities among under-resourced and/or targeted communities such as BIPOC and 2SLGBTQIA+ folks. I offer workshops for orgs of all sizes, from community groups to corporations, about topics such as transforming compassion fatigue, coping with vicarious trauma, working with moral distress, preventing burnout, and much more. I strive to be an ally who is accountable and committed to learning and unlearning. (Guelph, On)
