After School Tutorial Calendar

HB4545 Mandatory Tutorial Hours

• Students should attend after school tutorials, from 4:30-5:30, Monday - Thursday

• Each student that is required to have 30 hours of tutoring will be documented

• Students will attend assigned tutoring during Wolf Pack Time

• Students should attend after school tutorials in accordance to the EOC test that they need to prepare for.

• All students / parents, with an accurate email in Skyward, have been sent an email

• Saturday Tutorials available for students that sign up

Credit Recovery

• Student must be currently enrolled in a credit recovery course and have an active Edgenuity account

• After school Credit Recovery students must have an active Edgenuity account must be on the WHS Credit Recovery list in order to attend

• Student work is self-paced

Wolf Pack Time (WPT)

• Built in advisory time

• 10:37-11:00

• Students assigned using classroom or STAAR data

• Students work with content area teachers for intervention and acceleration

• SEL skills are a focus every Monday

• Taking Care of Business (TCB) is a focus every Friday
