The Engineering Design & Robotics club is a career and technical student organization (CTSO) that provides students the opportunity to experience real world engineering through science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) competitions including the VEX Robotics Competition and Technology Student Organization (TSA).
The VEX Robotics competition prepares students to become future innovators with 95% of participants reporting an increased interest in STEM subject areas and pursuing STEM-related careers. Tournaments are held year-round at the regional, state, and national levels and culminate at the VEX Robotics World Championship each April.
TSA allows members to apply technology and engineering skills in challenging and innovative ways. Working individually or as a team, TSA members are motivated by the inspiration and enthusiasm gained from being recognized for the successful application of those skills.
Engineering Design & Robotics meets regularly every Tuesday in Room B109.
