Pre-Conference Testing, Robot Inspections & Registration will occur on Wednesday, April 2
Hotel Reservations MUST be made inside the Texas TSA Block utilizing the booking link listed below. Booking Link is now open and will close March 3, 2025.
State Conference Registration will be open February 17 - March 3, 2025. State Registration Fee for Advisors and Students: $90
Pre-Conference Upload Submissions window is from March 13 - 20, 2025.
National TSA Conference will be June 27 - July 1, 2025 in Nashville, TN

The Housing Block is Currently Open
All hotel rooms will be booked through the Texas TSA hotel block. Any school booking outside of conference block will incur a penalty of $200/attendee registered for that chapter. Additionally, all schools participating in on-site events, will be required to stay on-site in the hotel block for a MINIMUM OF 2 NIGHTS. The only exception to this policy, are schools who are within a 25 mile radius of the Fort Worth Convention Center.

All advisors must show a binder with Student Code of Conduct & Permission Forms at check in (see pre-conference resources).
Compile all forms in a binder with students forms in alpha order.
Binder WILL BE CHECKED during on-site registration.
Any Advisor without a completed binder for their Chapter WILL NOT be able to register until forms can be verified.

State Registration Fee for Advisors & Students: $90

Late Registration Fee: Additional $50/attendee
Late Registration Deadline: March 5, 6:00 PM CST
All State Registration Fees are due to the state office by March 28, 2025. We accept POs, Checks & Credit Cards with a 3% service charge. Texas TSA does NOT accept ACH at this time. There is a late fee of $100 per invoice per month for each 30 days past due.
