Check In
Lead advisor will check in upon arrival to report attendance and any changes to the event participation.
Attendance
Please provide a roster with the name of the lead advisor at the top of the document and list all students and adults that are attending.
Student names only; please do not include any ID numbers
For adults, please include if they are judging, supervising students, volunteering, etc),
Event Participation
Compare attendance to registration. Update event participation to match attendance.
Chapters that are not checked in will not be scored and entered into the DLG.
Event Coordinator will be at the check in/help desk from 8:30 - 9:00. After that, in Room B109.
Project Drop Off
Once a chapter is checked in, their projects can be delivered to the drop off area. Tables and workbenches in room B109 will be used to hold and organize projects for judging.
Students will deliver projects to the room and leave at the door with advisor, judge, or other adult volunteer. Be sure to include all deliverables (prototypes, portfolios, digital files, etc.).
Place projects for each event type on the labeled table or workbench.
Students can enter to help deliver larger projects; if so, students must leave immediately after placement and no discussion may occur between the students and advisors/judges/volunteers in the room.
Students will return to the cafeteria following drop off.
