Mediacon 2026 Proceedings
Round 1:
Journal editors will directly select papers that show potential for inclusion in their journals. Selection is based on the quality of the abstract and the content of the presentation at the Mediacon 2026 Conference. Editors will contact the respective authors, and subsequent processes such as Letter of Acceptance (LOA), review, revision, and Article Processing Charges (APC) will be managed between the journal and the authors. The full paper must adhere to the journal’s specified template. Editorial decisions related to the publication of submitted works are fully subject to the terms and regulations predetermined by each editorial team.
Round 2:
1. Authors whose articles are not directly selected by editors in Round 1 need to submit their full papers to the organizing committee. Please ensure that full papers are submitted by the deadline of 31 August 2026, using the link provided.
2. The organizing committee will review submissions and recommend suitable outlets, either journals or conference proceedings.
3. Authors will have the choice to either send their full papers to the suggested journals or opt for inclusion in the conference proceedings. The final decision regarding the submission venue rests with the authors. Please note that each paper can only be published in one outlet.
4. Authors opting for journal submission must individually submit their papers through the journal’s online submission system (OJS). It is imperative that authors adhere to the submission guidelines of the selected journal. Processes including the issuing of Letters of Acceptance (LOA), review, revisions, and Article Processing Charges (APC) will be coordinated directly between the journal and the authors. All editorial decisions regarding the publication of submitted works are governed by the terms and regulations set by the journal’s editorial team. Please direct any submission-related queries to the journal’s editorial office.
5. Authors opting for inclusion in the conference proceedings will receive feedback from the organizing committee. Following this, the necessary revisions and final approval, including the provision of Letters of Acceptance (LOA), will be managed by the committee and the authors.
