**The single room accommodation is intended for ONE person only. Participants accompanied by family members or partners will be charged the shared room rate per person but may request a double bed if preferred.
Registration policy
All conference attendees (presenter or non-presenter) must pay the registration fee.
The registration fee is charged on a per individual basis; therefore, each registration covers only one person. If you plan to attend the conference with a friend or colleague, each attendee must complete a separate registration and pay their respective registration fee.
Payment must be made in full amount. Any fees or charges imposed by the bank should not be deducted from the registration fee payment.
The registration fee includes:

Presentation time slot for speakers
Conference program e-Book
Conference e-certificate ***

Meals (breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, and dinners) ****
Accommodation (room-sharing basis) for 2 nights
Round-trip transportation: Petra Christian University, Surabaya - the conference venue
*** The conference e-certificates will only be issued to attendees who participate or present their papers in the conference in person.
**** Vegetarian or vegan meals are not provided separately by the committee, but all food served will be halal.
Apart from the provisions included in the registration fee, participants are responsible for their own arrangements and expenses, such as visa applications and any personal expenses incurred during the conference.
In case of any cancellation or non-attendance, the registration fees are not refundable.
