All conference attendees (presenter or non-presenter) must pay the registration fee.
The registration fee is charged on a per individual basis; therefore, each registration covers only one person. If you plan to attend the conference with a friend or colleague, each attendee must complete a separate registration and pay their respective registration fee.
Payment must be made in full amount. Any fees or charges imposed by the bank should not be deducted from the registration fee payment.
The registration fee includes:
Access to all conference sessions
Presentation time slot for speakers
Conference kit
Conference e-certificate ***
2 meals and snack ****
*** The conference e-certificates will only be issued to attendees who participate or present their papers in the conference in person.
**** Vegetarian or vegan meals are not provided separately by the committee, but all food served will be halal.
Apart from the provisions included in the registration fee, participants are responsible for their own arrangements and expenses, such as visa applications and any personal expenses incurred during the conference.
The fee does not cover accommodation during the conference, but the conference committee can provide information concerning on-campus and near-campus accommodation.
In case of any cancellation or non-attendance, the registration fees are not refundable.

Participants are required to include their full name on the bank transfer form and attach the payment transfer receipt to the registration form.
A registration confirmation will be provided via email after clearance of the full payment. Please note that wire transfer usually takes five working days for processing. Hard copies of receipts will also be available at the conference. Please inquire at the Registration desk.
