Parent/Athlete Meeting: 5:00–5:30 PM
First Practice, Tuesday, August 11th: 5:30 PM

From 5:00–5:30 PM, we will hold a brief coach, parent, and athlete meeting. This meeting will include introductions, team guidelines and expectations, important season updates, the fall schedule, and time for questions.
After the meeting, athletes will have their first practice. Athletes should arrive ready to get in the water at 5:30 PM.

Athletes should bring the following items every day:
Swimsuit — Speedos are encouraged, jammers are okay
Goggles
Towel
Sunscreen
Water bottle
Team suits will be provided at some point during the season as the official team uniform.

Regular Practice Schedule
Practices will be held Monday through Friday:
Girls:
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday: 3:45pm-5:30pm, Wednesday/Friday: 3:30-5:30pm
Boys:
Monday through Friday: 5:30–7:30 PM.
Athletes are expected to be ready to get in the water by 5:30 PM, so they should arrive early enough to change, apply sunscreen, and be prepared for practice.
