Blue Flagging Tape approx every 400mtrs;
Traffic Cones in place at key locations; and

We provide course markings the whole way to help you stay on track - and as such, we expect you to follow them!
If you're racing, it's always a good idea to have an understanding of the course, and please, don't just blindly follow the runner in front of you!
