Please Note: 

For the Ultra on Saturday morning, you MUST check in and organize your drop bags & bib collection on Friday evening between 1745 – 1830. If this is not possible, please contact us prior to the Friday, to make alternative arrangements.

When you come to your race check in, PLEASE BRING ALL OF YOUR MANDATORY EQUIPMENT.

You won’t be checked in or given your race pack if you don’t have your equipment

Only the person registered to race can pick up their race kit at check in. Please note that it isn’t allowed for someone else to compete under your name or for you to compete under someone else’s name.

The event village for the entire weekend is located at the Pemberton District High School. There will be designated parking across from the school.

Please do what you can to avoid blocking business and private residence access roads at all times over the course of the event weekend.

Pay particular attention to street and parking signage, and any orders or directions given by Shire Staff, Traffic Management Volunteers or Event Staff.

The Event Hub will be the location of the Start & Finish line, Race Check-in, food trucks and the location for all the pre-race mandatory briefings.

Friday Overview 

• 5:45pm Village Opens 

• 9pm Village Closes

Our food truck has options😁 but think about dinner....places may close earlier than you'd expect.

Saturday Overview 

• 06:00am Village Opens 

• 3:00pm Village Closes

• 5:30pm Presos for Friday Night's Event and all of Saturday's Events

Presos will be held at the Pemby Sports Club!!! Stay for Dinner!

Sunday Overview 

• 8am Village Opens 

• 12pm Village Closes
