This course introduces students to the study of basic acting techniques and offers an outlet for self-development. Students will work on developing characters, exercises in physical movement, creating moods, and building a degree of self-confidence. Areas of concentration include stage blocking, monologues, duet scenes, group scenes, memorization, improvisation and pantomime. This course requires class and/or public performances.
