The flow chart above displays the steps to becoming CCP eligible and the steps to complete so that the student may register for CCP courses

The above chart displays the various tests and qualifying scores to become eligible to participate in the CCP program.  Once the student becomes eligible, the student needs to apply to the college (if the student is not already registered at the college where CCP courses will be completed) and must also meet any testing scores or course prerequisites required by the college/university.

For 2021-2022 only.  Due to COVID-19, students who have an UNWEIGHTED CUMULATIVE GPA OF A 3.0  or higher are eligible for the CCP program.  The student must also meet any testing or course prerequisite required by the college or university.

The above graph displays the scores required by Stark State College to be eligible to register for CCP English and CCP math courses.  Students will not be enrolled in any of the English or math courses until AFTER the student has met all testing requirements or alternative requirements.
