All of our feelings are important. We might feel scared, confused, overwhelmed, angry, alone, grateful, or calm. We can feel many things at once - like upset that an activity is cancelled, but happy we can wear pajamas all day. All of our feelings are normal. Our current situation is different from usual, so it's ok if our feelings are different from usual too.
