Jared Erb is a Christ-following singer songwriter, husband, father of four, high school career coordinator, worship leader, former punk-band skateboarder, seeking to inspire young and old alike to follow the Way, seek the Truth, and together pursue the Light, by setting our hearts and minds on Things Above, not on earthly things.

Things Above Music is fun, family-friendly, and focused on Things Above.

1. FUN: Jared believes that music should help people "rejoice in the Lord always"  and to also help us hide God's Word in our hearts.  Many who listen to Jared Erb - Things Above Music report that it just helps to lighten the heart and focus on what matters most.  

2.  FAMILY FRIENDLY:  Jared aspires to write music in many different genres to be able to allow all members of the family to have fun and to keep the listener on their toes.  The wide range of genres goes from Rock to Raggae, Country to Jazz, with the common factor of infusing God's Word in each song.  

3.  FOCUSED ON THINGS ABOVE: Jared puts scripture to melody in a way that allows for repetition and memorization, allowing our hearts to meditate on Truth, and helps to teach us to say "yes" to wisdom.
