What is Band?
Band is a scheduled ensemble class made up of students playing different instruments, including but not limited to: Flute, Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, Alto Saxophone, Tenor Saxophone, Baritone Saxophone, French Horn, Trumpet, Trombone, Baritone, Tuba and Percussion. Students in Grade 6-8 meet 2-3 times a week.

Mr. Kertesz is in his ninth year teaching Middle School Band, his third at Pequannock Valley School. Mr. Kertesz is excited to provide a musically enriched and positive environment for his students.
