To apply to one of our Academies, you will be required to complete an application, which will be reviewed by a committee chosen for your Academy.   The committee will determine the candidates to interview for a position in the upcoming fall Academy enrollment.   All applicants will receive notification by December 17th, 2025 regarding your application status.  

**As per the agreements between districts, students from Lincoln Park Middle School cannot apply to the ASCEND Academy at PTHS.

Application Requirements

• Please click the link above to apply to our Academies.  

  • The Application must be completed in one step so please make sure you have all of the information necessary to complete it.

• The Application will require the following information:

  • Completed Form with contact information for the candidate and a parent/guardian

  • Submission of a written statement or video by the student candidate

  • Grade 6, 7, and 8th grade (1st MP) report card

  • Grade 6 and 7 NJSLA Scores for ELA, Mathematics (or other standardized tests if applicable)

  • 2 teacher recommendations (optional for PV Students)
