SOAR Student Recognition 2023-2024
SOAR Board
The SOAR board is a space where the winners of SOAR Cards can go to gain recognition for their good deeds and positive contributions to the William Penn community. Each month a prize will be awarded to one student who is selected at random in a raffle drawing. Winners are attached below.

Grade Level Events
Every school day, William Penn students can exchange their PBIS reward SOAR cards for "Falcon Feed" in the Front Lobby. Each student receives 6 pellets of "Falcon Feed" that they can use to fill the canister for their grade. At the end of each marking period, the grade-level tube with the most "Falcon Feed" wins the opportunity to participate in an event that is held during the school day.
2023-2024 SOAR Grade Level Event Winners
Event #1- SOAR Day
The winning grade level participated in a full (Field Day) style event that will see them select teams based on their TMF (A/B/C/D) teams and have a great day of communication, cooperation, and SOAR’ing.
Grade Level Event #2- Minute 2 Win It
The second grade level event was held in the cafeteria in an "old-school" game show format. Framed and shaped by the Minute To Win It game show, William Penn hosted our own version of the popular at-home interactive game show. The winning grade level will break down into TMF teams and have participants called up to the stage to participate in 10-15 games. Winners will receive a prize after each game.
Grade Level Event #3- Inflatables and Truck Festival
Students will participate in an afternoon of fun and games including inflatables, gaming trucks, and food.
Grade Level Event #4- Water Ballon Bonanza
Students will participate in a day of water balloon fun and games outside on the football field.
