Chrome allows you to easily magnify your screen as a built-in accessibility feature. To do this:
Click the 3 vertical dots in the upper, right corner.
Use the Zoom feature to zoom in (+) or zoom out (-) to the desired magnification.

Click Settings.
When the Settings menu loads, select Appearance along the left side.
From here, you can customize several appearance options, including the default font, font size, and page zoom for all websites.
To access additional Chrome accessibility settings:

Click Settings.
When the Settings menu loads, select Accessibility along the left side.
Use the toggle buttons to toggle on one or more of the desired features. Options include:
Live captions (You can customize your caption preferences in terms of size and color.)
Showing a quick highlight of a focused object (i.e. a box appears around any mouse click)
