New INVZBL Chromebook Repair Portal
Updated 9/14/2023
INVZBL launches new Pennsbury Repair Portal experience to provide our buildings with more transparency and ease of use when sending Chromebooks for repair.
1. INVZBL has created a Pennsbury specific portal that each secretary at the elementary level can login to see their building Chromebook repairs. This portal also allows you to search your claim reports to see the status of your device in the repair process. If you have not receive your login details from INVZBL, please contact Mandy Lutz.
2. When submitting a claim, the portal will automatically pre-populate your contact information for your account for shipping accuracy and to reduce the confusion of shipping labels being sent to our main INVZBL district email account. Currently, the portal accepts claims one device at a time that can be shipped in individual Fed Ex boxes for the speed and accuracy of each repair claim. To file multiple claims, a CSV template should be used and will be provided in the near future.
3. Repair boxes were sent to each of our elementary buildings over the summer from Relectro, the local repair facility that has partnered with INVZBL to service our Chromebook repairs. To order additional boxes, please use the Order Boxes button on the portal to email discover@invzbl.com with Boxes in the subject line. Please remember to specify how many boxes and which location and name to send them to!
Updated instructions for submitting a repair request can be found here.

1. Need More Boxes? - It is recommended that you enter individual Chromebooks for repair. This will provide one shipping label per Chromebook which should be shipped in the medium Fed Ex boxes supplied by INVZBL. To order boxes, please contact INVZBL at support@INVZBL.com. Be sure to say what size box you need as well as where to ship the box (Your Name, School Name, School Address).
3. Charger coverage - The Chromebook chargers are covered for wear and tear/defects at the rate of one charger per device. However, if there is intentional damage, such as a pet chewing the wire, the charger will not be covered and should not be sent to INVZBL.
4. Status reports - The new portal allows you to view the status of repairs. Login with your account credentials using the File a Claim button on the portal and select View Active Service Tickets/Cases to see the status of your open repair claims.
