Enroll in Virtual Learning

To enroll in an Open Campus Course, please contact your high school counselor. 

*Note, students who previously enrolled in an Open Campus course but were not successful in earning the credit will not be permitted to take future online courses in a blended format.

Penn Manor Virtual School 

Penn Manor Virtual School accepts new enrollments at the start of each semester. Enrollment requests outside of the start of a new semester may require medical documentation stating need for virtual school. 

All Penn Manor Virtual School enrollments are required to confirm residency with the District Office prior to online course activation. If a student lives outside of the district while enrolled in PMVS, student will be removed from PMVS and required to enroll in the district in which the student resides. 

All students must be enrolled in Penn Manor School District before applying for Penn Manor virtual instruction. New enrollments to Penn Manor School District must first complete the new student registration form and complete the registration process before submitting the PMVS interest form below.


To being the enrollment process in Penn Manor Virtual School, please follow the steps below.

1.Complete a PMVS enrollment request form, PMVS Enrollment Request Form 

2. Attend meeting with virtual school coordinator, grade level principal, school counselor and any appropriate service providers.

3. If the school team feels that a virtual placement is appropriate, contact Penn Manor District Office Registrar, Bria Van Cleve to confirm residency.

4. Student will be required to attend PMVS classroom for the first two weeks of enrollment. Student will be dismissed to work from home when consistently demonstrating academic proficiency and on pace status in online learning. 

*All students remaining in virtual school from one school year to the next will need to confirm residency over the summer in order to remain in virtual school for the following school year. 

*Students who are not successfully completing online coursework will be subject to removal from the program at the conclusion of the semester.
