Nottawa Paint Farm has a rich history spanning 100 years and has 350 acres. It is operated by Kevin and Denise Webber. The farm offers much more than just paint horses; they have a wide variety of breeds despite its name. Denise, one of the owners, brings over 50 years of experience in breeding, showing, and training horses, ensuring the best equine experience for all her clients. When teaching, Denise and her team emphasize supervision and safety, making sure to always have a trainer watching over the kids to guarantee that riders remain safe. In Denise's wide portfolio of experience, she has 20 years of experience judging competitions, which provides valuable insights into 4-H and other horse-related activities. Lessons are available for all horse disciplines and cater to anyone over the age of 5. For those who do not own a horse, lesson horses are provided. The pricing for lessons is as follows: private lessons cost $60 per hour, semi-private lessons are $50, and evaluating a horse is also $50. If you are interested in purchasing a horse, Denise has horses available for sale. Writer's note: I’ve known Denise for a long time; she is my grandma’s best friend. She is one of the sweetest, kindest, and most trustworthy individuals I know. Many members of my family have worked with her, and she sold us my horse Oh, who, despite not receiving a lot of riding time at Nottawa Paint, was still very well trained. If you treat Denise right, she’ll treat you right, and she always puts in her best effort to help her students improve, whether for competition or riding technique. Schuler's Restaurant and Pub opened its very own venue in 2023 called 19 Zero 9. It is named after the year that the restaurant opened. 19 Zero 9 can accommodate up to 300 people.  Schuler’s venue costs $5,000 to rent out. 19 Zero 9 includes a cozy reception area, beautiful wedding quarters, and three hotel rooms. Schuler’s venue has a variety of options to choose from for the food, including the Gulf Shrimp Cocktail from your very own Schuler’s. The other vendors they use for food are Continental Bakery and Deli, Simply Sensational Berries, and True North Ice Cream. Please come rent out the luxurious venue.
