Hello families!
I am so thrilled to be your child's first grade teacher for the 2021/2022 school year! I have been working within the Pender County School district for five years as a substitute and an Instructional Assistant in first grade. This is my first year with my own classroom and I am very excited to share that experience with your little ones.
I grew up on Long Island, NY before moving to Connecticut to attend Quinnipiac University. While at QU I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and my Master's Degree in Elementary Education.
We are going to have a wonderful year in Room 211!
