Connor Walker:
Saving the Day

by Matthew DelCore

Starring on the field and around town this month's student spotlight is senior lacrosse goalie Connor Walker. Connor hasn't played lacrosse for even 2 years and that is what makes him so special. Even after coming into the sport late Connor has taken on the job of playing the most important position on the field and has starred in his role and became a very important leader for the team. Although the team last year didn't have the outcome they wanted, Connor hopes all of the offseason work he and his teammates have put in helps them be the team that they know they can be this year.
