Q: Where did the name Moontide come from?
A: ”The Moontide name came from my family who spends most of the summer at the beach. One day we were there, the tide had come up all the way to the cars and just kept flooding in. A tide higher than a regular high tide is what moontide comes from and that day it sparked the name for Moontide.”
Q: What's a lesson you have learned?
A: “A lesson learned. Things take time and it doesn’t happen over night. Working on things to make it better, improve and don’t rush. Rushing causes mistakes and you need time to make things perfect.”
Q: What do you like and dislike about starting a business like Moontide?
A: “I really like starting up moontide but it does actually need a lot of time and dedication to it. Again things don’t happen overnight and it really does need time. I don't really dislike anything about moontide other than starting it right away and putting together a full website, not really thinking things through and just rushing the website.I rather just have it fully on like instagram and run it through that. just easier and doesn’t cost money to have.”
Q: Do you have any future plans or ideas that you want to share?
A: “It has slowed down since school started but during Christmas break I really want to get back on track with things and create more things to wear.”
