Tri-M is a national honors society for student musicians in seventh through twelfth grade and is organized by the National Association for Music Education. Tri-M stands for "Modern Music Masters" and recognizes students for their musical achievements, leadership, and service activities. Tri-M aims to promote the value of music education, encourage academic excellence, leadership, and community service through music.
