To Be Returned in The Next 3-5 Business Days! (Download, complete, sign & return)
Green Shield Benefits Forms (if applicable)
Copy of Void Cheque or Direct Deposit Form
Scanned copy of your SIN card or Confirmation of SIN from Service Canada
We will need these forms to us as soon as possible so we can get you set you up into our systems and get you paid.

We hope that starting with us means an exciting new beginning for you! This is a chance to do awesome work, surrounded by people who are eager to do the same.
The first week (ok, maybe first month!) can be a little nerve-wracking. There will be new virtual faces, introductions, and lots of information to get familiar with.

Let's Talk Total Rewards
You’ll attend a Let’s Talk Total Rewards session with our Head of Total Rewards, Shalene! Where you will learn about all things related to total rewards (hint: it’s more than just your pay!) and you’ll talk about some cool benefits of working with us! You'll also learn about some of the cool systems we use at Pelmorex, such as Reflektive and Dayforce!
