Scanned copy of your SIN card or Confirmation of SIN from Service Canada
We will need these forms to us as soon as possible so we can get you set up in our system and get you paid!

We hope that starting with us means an exciting new beginning for you! This is a chance to do awesome work, surrounded by people who are eager to do the same.
The first week (ok, maybe first month!) can be a little nerve-wracking. There will be virtual new faces, introductions, and lots of information to get familiar with.
We want to make sure your on-boarding process is transparent, efficient and provides insight into Pelmorex’s purpose – so read on!

You'll jump online to Google Hangouts at your scheduled time with our People Operations Coordinator.
We’ll chat about some housekeeping information, and then go over all the "need to know" items about working at Pelmorex
Questions? Concerns? Equipment not working? Let us know and we can find help for you.
What Happens Next!?
Next you'll head to "meet" your manager, whether you work in the office or virtually, you'll meet them in person or over Google Hangouts.
You’ll have dedicated time with your manager to have a “kick-off meeting” and you’ll get familiar with:
Your team and department
Goals and objectives for your role
How you best receive feedback
How you can best work together to achieve greatness!

Let's Talk Total Rewards
You’ll attend a Let’s Talk Total Rewards session with our Head of Total Rewards, Shalene! Where you will learn about all things related to total rewards (hint: it’s more than just your pay!) and you’ll talk about some cool benefits of working with us! You'll also learn about some of the cool systems we use at Pelmorex, such as Reflektive and Dayforce!
