My name is Dianne Lynde, and I am so excited to be your child’s second-grade teacher this year! Second grade was my favorite year as a student, so it feels extra special to now be teaching this grade. I truly look forward to getting to know this wonderful group of students and working together to make this a fun and successful year.

A little about me: I have over 18 years of teaching experience across three states—Arizona, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. I’ve taught first grade, fourth grade, half-day kindergarten (KED), and I’ve also worked as a Title I tutor and interventionist with students from kindergarten through fifth grade. I earned my bachelor’s degree in elementary education and psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and my master’s degree in elementary education from the University of Arizona. I am currently pursuing another master’s degree in literacy to further support my students’ learning.

I’ve lived in Pelham for 23 years with my husband, our two sons, and two French bulldogs. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my dogs, and going to the beach.

My goal is to ensure that your child has a wonderful second-grade experience filled with growth, learning, and joy.
