Hello 2nd Grade Stars! My name is Mrs. (Kiera) Gallagher and this is my 18th year teaching at Pelham Elementary School. I have spent the majority of my time in Pelham teaching 2nd grade! I am so excited to start a new year with you!
Here is a little about me. I graduated from Keene State College with a Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education and Psychology. I also have a Masters Degree from Ashford University in Teaching and Learning with Technology.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling, cooking and baking, and a multitude of arts and craft activities.
I can't wait to get to know you and have a wonderful year together!

Mission For Our Class
My classroom is a safe and creative environment where students can develop academically and socially. It is an inviting, yet structured, setting where children can feel free to explore hands-on activities to enhance the learning process. I employ a wide-range of sensory activities to engage students of all learning styles and abilities so that all students are given the opportunity to succeed.
I am very excited to be your 2nd grade teacher and I look forward to a fun and educational year together!
