Here are some specifics to help you be prepared for a wonderful day:

Please arrive March 1 for the judges meeting at 7am in room 268.  Check in at the Contest Office which is the first door on the right when you enter the building. If you cannot make this time please contact Jim Eschenbrenner, Assistant Contest Manager IMMEDIATELY. His cell phone number is in the confirmation email you received.

We will have a small assortment of complimentary breakfast items ready for you to take to the meeting.

After the meeting runners will escort you to your Center and share locations of nearby restrooms. A service cart will travel the building throughout the day, providing additional drinks & snacks.

Judges Headquarters: Room 268.

Our Iron Chef students are preparing lunch just for you!

There is plenty of parking. Enter the building through the doors under the large Canopy.

Weather in Iowa is challenging. If we need to delay or postpone for weather-related reasons, we will send out a text message to your cell number as well as an e-mail, post an announcement to the IHSSA website and our contest website.

If inclement weather were to take place, the makeup date would be Monday, March 3rd, 2025 @ 4:00 pm.
