Business Optimization + Leadership Development (B.O.L.D.) Academy
In the Summer 2022, Pearls of Service, Inc. launched B.O.L.D. Academy (Business Optimization + Leadership Development) designed to become a multi-year program. In 2022, the program was offered to 9th - 12 Grade and recent Graduates.
B.O.L.D. Academy provides an environment for students to evaluate themselves and learn to effectively communicate in various ways while become an advocate for themselves. In addition, B.O.L.D. Academy introduces foundational business principles - mindset and problem solving.
