Activity #1-Gratitude Journal
During this time there are many things that we are not able to control. Focusing our energy on the things we are able to control is helpful and much needed! One of the things we can focus on is the things we are grateful for. We challenge you to complete the "Gratitude from A to Z". Here is an example:
A- I am grateful for the apple I ate today
B- I am grateful for my brother
C- I am grateful for my colored pencils.
Activity #2- Watching a little too much TV? no problem!!! Take a look at this activity and discuss with members of your family.
