Mandatory Disney Parent Meetings 

- Predeparture Meetings will be on October 28 and 29 at 7 pm in Pirates Cove.

A parent or guardian for each traveling student must be in attendance on one of the two dates without exception. 

Disney Medical Forms

• All students traveling to Disney must have a medical form submitted.

• All medical forms must be submitted at the Mandatory predeparture meetings on October 28 and 29.

• If there is a change to the medical information prior to departure it is the responsibility of the family to submit current/updated medical forms to the HS Nurse.
