DIPLOMA CARDS DUE NOVEMBER 20

• Blank blue cards available in Ms. Dorrance's office (next to the attendance office)

• Turn in the completed card to Ms. Dorrance BY THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 20 (Before leaving for Disney)! 

• Information to put on the card: student's legal name as it should be written on the diploma, student's name to be announced at graduation (keep it professional), and how to pronounce student's name when it is announced at graduation.

DISNEY MEDICAL FORMS REMINDER- Due October 21st

• ALL students traveling to Disney must have a medical form submitted.

• All medical forms must be submitted to the health office before or at the meetings on October 20th and 21st.

• If there is a change to the medical information prior to departure it is the responsibility of the family to submit current/updated medical forms promptly to the HS Nurse, Mrs. Ayers. Questions and forms can be sent to ayersa@pearlriver.org.

MANDATORY DISNEY PARENT/GUARDIAN MEETINGS REMINDER- 7:00 PM October 20th & 21st at Pirate Cove

• One Parent/Guardian of ALL students attending the Disney Trip must attend ONE of the IN PERSON meetings- no exceptions.

• If a parent/guardian does not attend, students will sit out for an allotted amount of time at the first park.

• Additional forms will be distributed and completed at the meeting.

• Information including anticipated itinerary, meals, check ins, behavior expectations, consequences, safety, personal items & checked bags, and more will be explained.

DISNEY ID REMINDER (#3):

• Students 18 or older BEFORE or DURING the Disney trip must have a Real ID, Enhanced ID, or Passport. A basic license ID does not work anymore!

Disney Payment and Registration Hard Deadline

Please read the letter linked here if registration AND payment have not been made for Disney. Room form completion does not guarantee trip attendance, as indicated on the form. A hard deadline of Tuesday, September 30th, 2025 at 3:30 PM is now set for registration and payment.

Disney Medical Forms Available!

• Please complete this Disney Medical Form with your parent/guardian and health care provider.

• Questions: Email our HS Nurse Mrs. Ayers at ayersa@pearlriver.org

• Forms can be submitted to Mrs. Ayers in the PRHS health office or at the evening Mandatory Disney Parent Meeting (Monday October 20 or Tuesday October 21). Forms must be submitted on or before Tuesday October 21!

Disney Room Form for students in Google Classroom opened Wednesday, September 10th and closed Wednesday, September 17th

• This form should be completed ONCE by just ONE person staying in this room. Each room must have 4 people. Be sure to add 4 people and be aware that rooms with less than 4 people may be filled with other classmates. 

• If you are having trouble getting in a room of 4 people, please come see Ms. Sens-Castet in Room 104 and email sens-castetd@pearlriver.org.

Awards Ceremony & Service Submission

• Awards Reminder – The deadline for community service award consideration is May 6, 2025, for students in grades 9, 10 and 11 and May 13, 2025, for seniors. A minimum of 25 hours must be entered, verified, and accepted in your x2Vol account in the current school year to receive an award. If entries have not yet been verified, please double check the email address for verification and resubmit if necessary. 

• Ceremony- June 5th at 7:00 PM PRHS Auditorium. Students are expected to arrive earlier. More information to come.
