Overview of Important Dates and Deadlines for Disney:

First payment due - March 28, 2025
Second payment due - May 9, 2025
Third payment due (amount contingent on fundraising profits) - June 20, 2025
Mandatory student AND parent in-person meetings - October/November 2025
Mandatory luggage check in Pirate Cove - 1 night during the week of November 17, 2025
Disney Trip projected dates - November 20-25, 2025
All students MUST attend the FULL day of school on the day OF the trip (November 20, 2025)
All students MUST attend the FULL day of school on the day AFTER the trip (November 26, 2025)
