Restrictions of Use

This website is owned and operated by Pearl Pages Publishing, LLC. By accessing or using this website, you agree to the terms set forth in this Terms of Use agreement. Pearl Pages Publishing, LLC retains the right, at its discretion, to change any of these terms in the future.

Ownership of Copyright

This website contains material that is owned by Pearl Pages Publishing, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, retransmit, or modify in any way any of the material on this website, including computer code and software.

Price & Payment

A client agrees to pay Pearl Pages Publishing in full, or 3 - 12 month payment plan. No book cover will be released until final payment has been received. If royalties have been paid on copies that are thereafter returned, then the Publisher shall have the right to deduct the amount of such royalties on such returned copies from any future payments under this or any other Agreement. Online prices are subject to change. Signed contracts are honored. All discounts and coupon codes only apply to full price packages and services. No discounts, coupon, or voucher will apply to an already discounted package or service.

Privacy

Means external, past or present privacy policy of Pearl Pages Publishing, LLC or any of its subsidiaries. We will never collect your data to sell your information for any reason.

Intellectual Property

Each of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries shall maintain in full force and effect its existence, rights and franchises and all licenses and other rights to use Intellectual Property owned or possessed by it and reasonably deemed to be necessary to the conduct of its business. Upon completion of contract the Author has 100% ownership of all property shared with Pearl Pages Publishing, LLC unless otherwise stated.

Sharing Work

Whenever the term “Author” refers to more than one person, such persons will be jointly and severally responsible for all duties, obligations, and covenants under this Agreement, and shall share equally in all royalties and other amounts to be paid under this Agreement, unless otherwise specified in a writing signed by all parties.

Confidentiality

Pearl Pages Publishing, LLC understands and agrees that the unauthorized disclosure of the Information by Pearl Pages to others would irreparably damage Author and so Pearl Pages Publishing, LLC will not disclose any third parties, use or appropriate the information in any way whatsoever.

Refund

If the project is cancelled by the client before completion, you will owe payment based on the amount of work completed. For example, if the work is 75% complete, you will owe 75% of the projected cost, as well as 100% of any additional costs for licenses or work completed. If the project is cancelled by Pearl Pages Publishing for in-house reasons you will be refunded in the same manner.
