Grasshopper Virtual Phone Extension

We use Grasshopper as our virtual extensions for each staff member. When a client calls our main number, they can access your extension by dialing it at any time! When they access your extension, the call will be forwarded to your cell phone.

Please add 919-355-3105 to your contacts on your cell phone so that you know when a call is forwarded from the office. Most of us label it Peak Office. When you see the number come up on your cell phone and answer, an announcement will be made "Grasshopper, call for extension (x), to accept press 1, to send to voicemail press 2. If you want to answer it, please answer it professionally like "Hi, this is Sam from Peak Professional Group, PLLC, how can I help you?"

We don't restrict ways to communicate with clients. You are more than welcome to use your personal cell phone (if you want to) to communicate with clients. It is the easiest way to communicate.
