Authenticity is the gateway to the soul. I believe that when we can learn to expose ourselves whole-heartedly with someone we trust, true connection is established. I know when one needs help, it is often times difficult to become completely vulnerable enough to disclose what troubles us to another. My passion is to provide a safe, altruistic environment where one can reveal their true struggles while also obtaining face-to-face understanding.
Through the guidance of therapy, I believe one can discover significant personal growth such as learning to enhance aspects of oneself, discover the feelings one may have about themselves and recognize the fruitfulness of living.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma/grief & life transitions. I look forward to assisting you along your personal journey towards positive change!

I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can feel truly supported as you navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, but it’s always shaped around you and your story, your strengths, and your goals. Together, we’ll explore what feels heavy or stuck, understand what might be getting in your way, and create practical, manageable steps to help you move forward.
If past trauma is affecting your present, I’m trained in EMDR and can help you gently process those experiences so you can feel more grounded, relieved, and in control. I’ve walked alongside clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, major life transitions, and many other difficulties.
Most of all, I want you to feel safe, respected, and affirmed when you’re with me. My practice is LGBTQIA+ inclusive, sex positive, and kink allied. You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are, and together we’ll work toward building the life and inner peace you deserve.

You find yourself stuck in the same negative cycles. You trust the wrong people and get into relationships that only leave you feeling manipulated, abused, and unsafe. They’ve taken away your power, your voice, and the weight of trauma has left you questioning your worth. You’ve tried reaching out to loved ones, connecting to your faith, and other means to address your concerns, but all those choices have failed. Your needs are not met, and you desperately desire support to make consistent, positive changes to succeed mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.
I will help you name these experiences without shame, develop healthy boundaries with unsafe people, and explore new perspectives after a rupture in trusted relationships. We will work together to identify negative thought & behavior patterns, heal from the pain of distrust, take back control of your life, and meet your goals to live the life you want.
Going to counseling can be overwhelming, so we will take the pace that feels comfortable for you. You are allowed to show up with all of your conflicting parts without fear of judgment and experience the power of inner healing through therapeutic connection, authenticity, and self-understanding.
