Peacock & Hodnett Counseling is not currently hiring for clinical positions. However, we are always interested in connecting with dedicated, compassionate, and driven mental health professionals who may be a great fit for our practice as future opportunities become available.

We welcome applications from Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) who hold a valid license to practice in Alabama.

About Peacock & Hodnett Counseling

Peacock & Hodnett Counseling is an in-person private practice located in Mountain Brook, Alabama, conveniently situated just off Highway 280. We are committed to providing exceptional mental health services and fostering a supportive professional environment for clinicians who share our passion for helping individuals on their journey toward wellness.

While we do not have any current openings, qualified clinicians are welcome to submit an application for consideration should a position become available in the future.

• Professional Support & Technology: We provide professional liability insurance, a fully HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) and documentation platform, and an all-in-one HIPAA-compliant communication system to support secure, efficient, and confidential client care.

• Credentialing & Billing Services: Our team manages insurance credentialing and billing, allowing clinicians to focus on providing high-quality counseling services.

• Private Office Space: Clinicians are provided with a fully furnished private office and are encouraged to personalize and decorate their space to reflect their individual style.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid LPC, LMFT, or LICSW license in Alabama. At this time, we consider fully licensed clinicians only.

• Must have the essential tools needed to provide services, including a laptop, reliable internet connection, and other necessary equipment.

• Must demonstrate experience and proficiency in counseling and a strong commitment to ethical, compassionate, and professional practice.
