Setting out as a woman in the  commercial real estate profession that at the time was dominated by men, her achievements included setting up and directing, to admired effectiveness, her own real estate company in Newmarket, an agency that was well respected in the Auckland office and retail leasing field through the roller coaster of the 1980s. 

In early 1992 Jenny returned with Ted to their beloved Bay of Plenty and the housing market that she so missed and there re-established herself with her existing  and impressive home town client base.  Jenny has indeed done the very hard yards while celebrating with her clients all of the well-earned successes along the way.
