Janel began her career in 2006, as an assistant and conveyancer, learning the business from the ground up before acquiring her Real Estate license in 2008. A few years later, she stepped into a dream role designing custom floor plans and show homes, gaining hands-on experience in how homes are truly built - from drafting layouts to completing modular and acreage setups. That foundation, combined with years spent on job sites alongside her contractor husband, gives Janel a rare depth of knowledge in construction and design.

Known for her calm presence and client-centered approach, Janel is especially skilled at helping people feel confident and supported throughout the process. As a mom to neurodivergent children, she brings patience, adaptability, and a “figure-it-out” mindset to everything she does.
