I graduated from McKendree University, Lebanon, IL with a Master of Art degree in clinical mental health counseling. I graduate from Northwest Christian University, Eugen, Oregon with a Master of Art degree in school counseling. I have a license to practice as a Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling in Oregon. I use a variety of counseling therapy interventions such as e-therapy: talk therapy , nutritional therapy, person centered, and mindfulness. E-therapy uses technology: text messaging, phone calling, video calling, and emailing. E-therapy counseling gives clients more convenience with counseling services. Food therapy uses cooking and nutrition as a way to assist a client in reducing stress, gaining insight into thoughts and behaviors, and coping with emotions and mood. I also use school counseling interventions with a focus on academic achievement, social issues, personal issues including emotions, behaviors, cognitions, and learning disabilities when working with children and adolescents. My practice focuses on adults, adolescents, children, and families.
