Blended learning can be delivered through a range of different approaches. The balance between face-to-face and online components will depend on the curriculum, learning outcomes, learners’ needs and prior experiences. Teacher competence and confidence, as well as access to digital technologies and reliable internet are also important factors to consider.
Taking account of the different cultures and cultural norms of our students in our approaches to blended learning can help us and students understand different perspectives and appreciate each other's strengths.
