HOW DO YOUTH REGISTER?
HOW DO YOUTH REGISTER?
Email the program facilitator for the desired program before the first day of program!
The info needed: youth name, email address & ageDownload the ZOOM app
Fill out the Participation Contract and Online Confidentiality Form, and send it back to the facilitator
Once both forms have been received, ECLYPSE will send you the ZOOM code for the program on the day of program!
