June 9, 2022It feels so weird being in a spacesuit and floating through space on our way to the moon. I have to admit, it was pretty crazy dodging asteroids on our way here.
It is now Day 6 on the moon. From Earth, the moon was the brightest and the largest object in the night sky. From the moon, I saw a lot of stars, and Earth was so far away.
When me and my friend were on the moon, we talked about how it was discovered. It turns out, this natural satellite we call the Moon was first observed closely by Galileo Galilei in 1610 when he discovered mountains and craters, just like on Earth.
It was really hard to walk on the moon due to its gravity, which is only 17% of the force of the gravity on earth. My body started feeling weird as my blood pressure lowers. But, it felt good as it seemed like I was kind of flying.
It was pretty cool adapting to space life. Using a radio, I was able to find millions of new galaxies. I could get used to this new life in space.
