Now it’s time to put our new found animation skills to use!
For this project, you are going to animate your name through a 3-5 second animation that covers some of the basic principles (and Adobe Animate skills) that we just covered.
Your name can be introduced and animated however you want. The goal is to create a 3-5 second piece of animation that shows off your understanding of the animation principles we’ve covered so far. As a minimum you should be incorporating at least 2 principles (hopefully more) in your finished piece.
Adobe Animate file size 1920x1080 or similar.
Plan your work out ahead of time (incorporate at least 2 principles of animation.
Your goal is to start with a empty stage and end with an empty stage (this will make your animation loop nicely)
Remember to work on pose-to-pose.
Animate on the 2s. (feel free to animate on the 1s for more detailed areas).
Your animation should aim to be 3-5 seconds long. (that's between 72 and 120 frames of animation)
Export your work as an animated GIF and submit
